The apartments are suitable for families with children or teenagers up to a maximum of 4 people. For all other requests, contact us directly.
The services included in the price are: Internet Wifi, air conditioning, entrance to the swimming pool, car parking, water, electricity, gas, heating, final cleaning, towels and linen changed weekly or on request. No tourist tax will be required.
SOFA BED: In “La Lavanda” apartment there is a sofa bed for a child at cost of 10 Euros per day.
BABY COT. In each apartment it is possible to add a cot with the sheets at a cost of 10 euros per day.
DISCOUNTS: Available for booking of one or more weeks
LOW SEASON
- Minimum Stay: Three Nights
MIDDLE SEASON
- Minimum Stay: Five Nights
HIGH SEASON
- Minimum Stay: One Week and reservations with minimum 3 persons for apartments with two rooms
- Arrival And Departure Days: Friday, Saturday,Sunday and Monday.
Check-in: from 16:30 to 20:00 / Check-out from 07:00 to 09:30

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book.
The balance payment must be made 7 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card. For different payment methods contact the Agriturismo
CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR THE PERIOD OF HIGH / MID SEASON
It is possible to cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. You will get a refund of your advance payment.The penalty for cancellations within 30 days before arrival will be 30% of the total cost.
The penalty for cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be 100% of the total cost.
The no-show penalty without prior notice will be the total amount of the reservation.
FOR THE LOW SEASON PERIOD.
It is possible to cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival.
