The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Even families with children can find good accommodation using the sofa bed in the kitchen

We were so pleasantly surprised on arriving here. The appartment was large, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were even different kinds of cake on the table when we arrived, and cold wine in the fridge. The pool was just heavenly, the view was amazing (seriously, pictures don't do it justice) and we had a private little terrace with a large table and a hammock. Tolentino is close by and a very charming little city. We spent one of the best weeks of our lives here. I just wish we could've stayed longer.
